He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Mechanical Engineering Faculty in 1992. Mr. Ileri worked in Taksan Machine Tools Factory as a manufacturing engineer (1993-1994). In 1995, he started working as a technical consultant in TARMAKBIR and still serves as Secretary General (TARMAKBIR, The Turkish Association of Agricultural Machinery & Equipment Manufacturers, is an initiative of Turkish private sector and founded in 1978. Being the representative of the Turkish agricultural machinery industry, currently, it has more then 200 members those are senior manufacturers of tractors and agricultural equipment.). He is a member of Turkish Chamber of Mechanical Engineers, R&D Centers Assessment & Control Commission (Ministry of Science and Technology), Neutrality Committee of Vocational Qualification Center and Executive Board of the Secretaries-General (Federation of Turkish Machinery Manufacturing Industry Associations), TARMAKBİR Academic Advisory Group, Turkish Accreditation Board of Faculty of Agriculture Education Programs, Agricultural Mechanization Committee (Vice President of the Board; Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry), Machinery Technical Committee, Agricultural Machinery Sub-Committee (Chairman) and Tractor Technical Sub-Committee (Turkish Ministry of Science and Technology), Turkish Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Assembly, Turkish Smart Farming Platform (Executive Board), Global Alliance of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturer Associations, AGRIEVOLUTION (Ex-Chairman)
