He was the sub-Inspector (Exe), Central Industrial Security Force, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, from September 29, 1988 to December 2, 1989, Farm Guidance Officer, The Haryana State Cooperative Apex Bank Ltd., Chandigarh from July 3, 1990 to June 24, 1992, Assistant Professor (Extension Education) from February 3, 1993 to February 2, 2002 at CCSHAU, Hisar, Associate Professor (Extension Education) from February 3, 2002 to October 10, 2002 at CCSHAU, Hisar, Associate Professor (Human Resource Development) from October 11, 2002 to August 22, 2005 at EEI, Nilokheri, Joint Director (Extension) from August 23, 2005 to December 31, 2008, Associate Director (Extension) from January 1, 2009 to January 5, 2015 and working as Professor of Extension Education since January 6, 2015.
