Douglas, an enthusiastic young man who is renowned in agriculture, agribusiness and agricultural engineering with experience in working with some projects of the German International Cooperation (GIZ) and Mim cashew, a food and beverage processing company has extensive knowledge and capabilities in agriculture, engineering and management and is ready to learn/ be trained to acquire more to team with your organisation in achieving her goals. He is team orientated, results driven, flexible, diligent and punctual.

Douglas studied General agriculture and Agricultural Engineering and is passionate sustainable agriculture and engineering for development. He has knowledge and experience in agricultural production and processing, postharvest technology, mechanical engineering, irrigation and drainage, soil and water conservation, Renewable energy, research, monitoring and evaluation, extension, entrepreneurship and management.
